feat(corrections): Sprint 3.6a — nouveaux prompts + taxonomie erreurs + génération parallèle

Côté frontend : timeout corrections 30→60s (aligné avec backend 55s),
FTD-23 documentée, TAXONOMIE_ERREURS.md ajouté.
